Every Aquasolus hot tub is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. This includes 10 years of coverage on the shell structure and up to 2 years on parts, ensuring long-lasting quality and complete peace of mind.
10-Year Shell Structure
Warrants the structural integrity of the spa shell against water loss due to defects in material or workmanship for a lifetime period of 10 years.
5-Year Shell Surface
Warrants the shell surface of the spa against blistering, cracking, and delamination.
2-Year Pumps & Controls
Covers the jet and circulation pumps, display module, and spa control box against defects in materials and workmanship. (Does not cover fuses, bulbs, and gaskets).
1-Year Plumbing & Cabinet
Covers internal plumbing, fittings, and bonded parts against leaks. Also covers the cabinet against cracking or peeling (natural fading/weathering over time is not covered).
1-Year Audio & Lighting
Warrants factory-installed audio components (power supply, speakers, wires, Bluetooth modules) and factory-installed LED lights against defects.
1-Year Components & Jets
Covers the ozone generator, thermo cover, jets, and plastic parts (filter housing, pillows, diverters, waterfalls). Defects due to improper water chemistry or lack of maintenance are not covered.

Your unit needs to sit on a strong, level surface. Concrete pads, paving slabs, or reinforced decking are all suitable options.
03. Electrical Setup
Getting powered up
We recommend ensuring your electrical supply is ready before delivery. A qualified electrician can help prepare this for you, ensuring a smooth installation day.
04. Completion
Handover & Completion
The final stage depends on the service level you have chosen:
- Kerbside: Safe offload to the nearest accessible point at your property.
- Placement: We manoeuvre and position the unit exactly where required (subject to access).
- Full Installation: Positioning, filling, heating, chemical checks, and a full operational tutorial.
*Note: Difficult access (e.g. over walls) may require a Crane/Hiab at additional cost.
