These covers will be delivered by Outdoor Living and delivery is subject to availability and based on the assumption that the cover is in stock. It is the purchaser's responsibility before purchase to enquire regarding delivery and availability.

If you are ordering outside of the 60-mile radius someone will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm and agree upon a suitable collection date and time from the Hull Showroom (HU3 4DD). Please be aware that It is the purchaser's responsibility before purchase to enquire regarding stock availability. Covers are large bulky items so be aware that you may need to organise suitable transport to collect your cover.

If you select delivery when you are outside of the 60-mile radius someone will be in contact to arrange collection. We will not be able to deliver your cover.

 

Hot Tub and Swim Spa Delivery Charges

The following charges exclude Inflatable Hot Tubs.

All our Hot Tubs include standard delivery* and installation to your base and power supply, as well as including a cover, chemical starter kit and two tier steps.

*Standard delivery is free of charge within 60 miles of Hull and Leeds Showrooms. Contact us if you are outside these boundaries for delivery prices on 01482 212322. If any Hot Tubs are purchased online outside of these boundaries without previous contact, a member of the sales team will be in touch with delivery charges which are payable in full in order to receive delivery of your Hot Tub or Swim Spa.

Within the 60 miles of Hull and Leeds Showrooms, any Hot Tubs purchased online will receive a call advising of possible delivery dates.

Please note that if you have not received a site survey prior to ordering online any additional costs for delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If following a site survey a Crane or HIAB is required, then the purchaser will be notified and invoiced with additional cost directly by the third party hire company.

Upon placing your order, someone will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm and agree delivery.

Gazebo Delivery Charges


All Cedartree Gazebos are made to order therefore there is a 6-8 week delivery and installation time scale on all orders. The CedarTree Gazebos is priced ex-factory which is why a minimum delivery and installation charge of £350 has been included in the price of every Cedella and Chaletta Gazebo. Please be aware that if delivery is more (depending on your distance from the factory) a sales representative will be in contact. All other Cedar Tree Gazebos over £1,500 RRP include delivery and installation. 

All Outdoor Living's Gazebos include Standard Delivery and Erection within 60 miles of the Hull and Leeds showrooms. If you purchase this Gazebo outside of this area then the Gazebo will delivered for self erection (instructions supplied) within England at no extra charge.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of England at this time. It is the purchaser's responsibility before purchase to enquire regarding possible delivery charges.

 

Jacuzzi Direct Returns and Cancellations

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When you receive your order, the package will contain a 'despatch' note. This is not an invoice but it should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason.

Change an Order

If you wish to change an order simply contact the Jacuzzi Direct sales desk by calling 0844 543 6121 or by E-mailing jacuzzidirect@outdoorlivinghottubs.co.uk. Please include your order number and date the order was placed. You can only change or cancel an order by contacting us before 11.45am on the next working day after you place the order. On or after that time, the contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded and we cannot stop your order being shipped to you; however your right to cancel an order and return the product remain unaffected (see below Section "Returns").

Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you will have received within your parcel (also known as a dispatch note), please either:

  • Complete the instructions detailed on the return slip within your parcel.
  • Send an E-mail, with the Subject 'Jacuzzi Direct Return Request - Order No (The order number shown on the front of the delivery note)'. Detail the items you wish to return within the email and the reason why.
  • Telephone: 0844 543 6121, please make sure you have the delivery note with your order number on when you call.

 

Pack your parcel with care and include your name, address, your original order number, details of what you are returning and why; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. Then send the parcel to us at:

We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it.

 

Please note:

You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order.

You will be refunded the product price or exchange the product once the product is received by us at our warehouse. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state (in which case see paragraph "Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products" below).

Once the packaging of a product has been opened or the product is returned by you other than in fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they were delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state (in which case see paragraph "Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products" below).

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jacuzzidirect@outdoorlivinghottubs.co.uk and send your item to: 1 Goulton Street Hull, HU3 4DD.

 

Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products (if applicable)

If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow the returns procedures set out above. We will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you incur.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
