Drain and clean
We empty the tub and clean the shell, jets and filter unit.

Pop it in 2 days before we arrive, so the pipework is cleaned through before we drain.
A photo report of your visit
Notes and photos from your technician of what they checked and found.
Filters, UV bulbs and any parts aren't included. If your tub needs one, we tell you first and only fit it once you agree. Faults covered by your care plan or warranty are fixed under it.
A photo report after your visit
Your technician sends you photos and notes, so you can see how your hot tub is doing without having been there.

What does the annual service include?
Our 32-point check in six stages. On top of that, a drain and clean, a pipe-clean puck posted before the visit, and a photo report afterwards.
How long does it take?
About 2 hours.
How often should my hot tub be serviced?
Once a year for the full service. Change the water every 3 to 4 months in between, which our Drain, Clean and Fill visit can do for you.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Add the pipe-clean puck we post you 2 days before. Make sure we can get to all sides of the tub, and that there's an outdoor tap nearby.
What if you find a fault?
We tell you before doing anything. Faults covered by your care plan or warranty are fixed under it. Anything else is quoted first, and only done once you agree.
