This 2 person indoor infrared sauna has a black frame and hemlock cabin, a glass front and a bench for two along the back. Heating panels on the back wall, both sides and in front of your legs warm you directly, and it runs from a normal household socket.

Your first infrared session
Infrared panels warm you directly instead of heating all the air, so it feels gentler than a traditional sauna and is ready sooner.
- Switch it on
Turn it on about 15 minutes before. The air settles at about 40 to 60°C, much cooler than a traditional sauna.
- Sit back and relax
Stay 20 to 30 minutes, sitting back near the panels. There are no stones and no water: the warmth comes from the panels.
- Cool down
Step out and cool off with a shower or a few minutes somewhere cool.
- Drink some water
Have a glass of water afterwards. Most people find once a day is plenty.

Easy to look after
A few simple habits keep it fresh.
Sit on a towel
It keeps the bench clean and stops sweat marks soaking into the wood.
Wipe, don't wash
Wipe the inside with a damp cloth. Don't use sprays, liquid cleaners or oils.
Switch off to clean
Switch off at the wall before cleaning, or if you are away for a while.
A new-wood smell
The timber can smell of new wood at first. It fades after the first few sessions.

Do I need an electrician?
No. It plugs into a standard household socket.
How hot does it get?
Infrared saunas run cooler than a traditional sauna, usually somewhere around 40 to 60°C, because the panels warm you rather than the air. Set the temperature on the panel inside.
Can I pour water on it?
No. There are no stones in an infrared sauna, and water should be kept away from the panels.
Where can it go?
Any dry indoor room with a level floor. It is not for outdoor use.
Can I play music?
Yes. Connect your phone over Bluetooth to the built-in sound system.
