02 High-Density Foam Core
We use premium 1.5lb high-density foam engineered specifically to trap heat inside your spa. This superior insulation dramatically reduces energy consumption and lowers your running costs.

03 Galvanised Steel Support
Galvanised steel C-channels are embedded within the foam core to provide exceptional strength. This rigid structure prevents the cover from sagging under the weight of rain or snow, ensuring a long lifespan.
The Difference: Cheaper covers often use weak aluminium supports that easily bend and sag under heavy loads.
04 Heavy-Duty Vapour Barrier
The core is fully encapsulated in a heavy-duty vapour barrier. This completely stops water absorption, preventing the cover from becoming waterlogged, impossibly heavy, and thermally inefficient.
