Installing your hot tub should be simple and stress-free. Here’s your step-by-step guide.
Before We Arrive
Step 1: Choose the right spot
Pick a clear, accessible area with enough space for the hot tub and room for our delivery team to manoeuvre. The full dimensions of this model are: (WxHxD) 210 x 150 x 74 cm.
Step 2: Prepare a solid base
Your hot tub needs to sit on a strong, level surface – concrete, paving slabs or decking work perfectly.
Step 3: Get your electrics sorted
Make sure a qualified electrician installs a power supply before your delivery day, providing the correct certification. This keeps everything safe and compliant. This model requires a 13 Amp power supply.
On Delivery Day
Step 4: We deliver your hot tub
Our team places your new hot tub exactly where you want it — no hassle, no heavy lifting on your end.*
Step 5: We get it ready to use
Once in place, we’ll fill it, heat it, and run final checks — so you're all set to sit back and relax.
