Moving house or sold your hot tub? If you need a hot tub moving Outdoor Living has set prices for any hot tub moves either within a 20-mile radius of the Hull or Leeds showroom and from 20 to 30 miles of the Hull and Leeds showrooms.

Our prices below are for collection and drop off only. They do not include the price for checking any elements of the hot tub or guarantees of the condition so please make sure your hot tub is just how you want it before we move it.

The price for our hot tub moves is calculated from the furthest of the two addresses provided.

Booking is only possible on completion of site surveys and confirmed possible by Outdoor Living.

1. Payment

  • 1a. Prices are calculated from the furthest of the two addresses.

    1b. Payment of the first hour is taken in advance and card details held until completion of the move. Final payment will be taken once the customer has signed and agreed to the complete time on the day of the hot tub move.

    1c. Time starts from Outdoor Livings arrival at the first address and ends upon the signing of paperwork at the second address.

    1d. Outdoor Living cannot be held accountable for traffic, delayed cranes, access issues and any other delay caused by a third party this will be included in the hourly fee payable by the customer.

    1e. Customers paying jointly must organise payment between themselves.

2. Access, Permissions and Cranes

  • 2a. Access and permissions needed for the crane or during the hot tub move is the customer’s responsibility.

    2b. Outdoor Living will not accept responsibility for a hot tub move not being able to be completed due to access or permissions and the customer will be liable for any additional charges and aborted visits.

    2c. In the event a crane is needed it is the customer’s responsibility to book the crane directly. Outdoor Living can provide the details of a company if this is required.

    2d. Outdoor Living do not guarantee and suitability of any crane or lifting company and only provide the details of firms which they have used previously. It is the customers responsibility to confirm insurance, lifting equipment, placement and anything else that is required for the use of such lifting equipment.

    2e. Outdoor Living will only connect the hot tub to the tail end of the correct cabling and are not responsible for any electrical work needed. See electrical terms and conditions.

    2f. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the new base at address two is prepared and level. Outdoor Living will not level or complete any set up of the hot tub such as filling unless pre-arranged and charged at hourly rate provided.

3. Radius

  • 3a. Any hot tub moves outside of these areas are priced on application and are at the discretion of Outdoor Living. These prices are subject to change at the discretion of Outdoor Living. Prices are subject to all terms and conditions being met by both Outdoor Living and the customer.

4. Insurance

  • 4a. Outdoor Living will not accept any responsibility of the hot tub before or after the move is completed.

5. Cancellation

  • 5a. Any hot tub moves which are cancelled without 7 days notice will be subject to a £100 cancellation free. Any cancelled hot tub moves will be held on file for 6 months and the cancellation fee will be credited against the final invoice upon completion of the hot tub moved within 6 months of the original move day.
