The Set Up Process
01 Dimensions & Access
Pick a clear, accessible area with enough space for the hot tub and ample room for our delivery team to manoeuvre during placement.

*We recommend allowing at least 50cm clearance on all sides for maintenance access.
02 The Foundation
Your unit needs to sit securely on a strong, level surface to prevent structural damage. Concrete pads, paving slabs, or reinforced decking are all highly suitable options to prepare beforehand.
03 Electrical Setup
We strongly recommend ensuring your electrical supply is ready before delivery day. Hiring a qualified electrician beforehand guarantees a seamless and instant installation process.

04 Handover & Completion
The final stage depends entirely on the service level you have chosen at checkout:
- Kerbside: Safe offload to the nearest accessible point.
