Site Survey

We want to provide you with a safe and prompt hot tub delivery. To do this we need a few details from you. Please complete out as much information as you can below for our installation technicians, as well as attaching photos of the path from your driveway to your preferred hot tub placement area, so we can check the full journey.

Minimum Width Requirements

The following is the minimum width required for access which is specific to the  hot tub model. Please ensure you have this as a minimum for any pathways or gates.

• 90cm: Outdoor Refresh
• 100cm: Outdoor Mist, Outdoor Haze, Outdoor Companion, Outdoor Look, J210, J215, J225,  J235, J245, J275, J280, J315, J325, J335, J345
• 110cm: J355, J365, J375, J385
• 120cm: J425, J435, J445
• 130cm: J475, J485, J495
