With room for seven adults, the J365IP™ features 46 PowerPro® jets to create a relaxing hydrotherapy experience. With four full therapy seats and a central foot massage dome, it’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. Adjustable pillows provide extra comfort, while the Hydrosoothe™ massage pillow delivers a head and neck massage along with a cascade of water over your neck and shoulders. Easily adjust your spa experience with the user-friendly topside control panel.
Beautiful design
ProFinish™ cabinetry features corner lighting inspired by architecture, creating a luxurious, modern finish. You can adjust the internal lights to suit your mood and add to the ambience. Your drink is always at hand with illuminated cup holders, the practical and safe solution to avoid spillage.

The J365IP™ is compatible with the SmartTub™ system, allowing you to control the hot tub from your phone. The ClearRay® system harnesses UV-C light to remove 99.9% of waterborne pathogens, working alongside the 4-stage filtration system to give you the safest and purest water experience. Environmentally friendly SmartSeal™ insulation achieves up to a 20% reduction in energy use, while protecting from moisture and reducing noise.

Installing your hot tub should be simple and stress-free. Here’s your step-by-step guide.
Before We Arrive
Step 1: Choose the right spot
Pick a clear, accessible area with enough space for the hot tub and room for our delivery team to manoeuvre. The full dimensions of this model are: (WxHxD) 213.5 x 231 x 95 cm.
Step 2: Prepare a solid base
Your hot tub needs to sit on a strong, level surface – concrete, paving slabs or decking work perfectly.
Step 3: Get your electrics sorted
Make sure a qualified electrician installs a power supply before your delivery day, providing the correct certification. This keeps everything safe and compliant. This model requires a 32 Amp power supply.
On Delivery Day
Step 4: We deliver your hot tub
Our team places your new hot tub exactly where you want it — no hassle, no heavy lifting on your end.*
Step 5: We get it ready to use
Once in place, we’ll fill it, heat it, and run final checks — so you're all set to sit back and relax.
