The thermal lid also allows the temperature to maintain at as low as three degrees, and both the pod and the lid are insulated, keeping the outside weather from affecting the tub. Chill tubs are ice baths that offer the benefits of cold water therapy in the convenience of your own garden. Our chill tubs keep water icy cold so you can experience cold immersion that helps to improve physical health and mental wellbeing.
Simply inflate the tub with the floor pump provided. Once the tub is inflated, use your garden hose to fill it with water (to roughly 15cm below the top ring). Although they aren't necessary, to reduce the temperature further we recommend adding ice or ice packs. The Chill Tubs Essential Pod is insulated and will maintain the water temperature for longer than you expect.
We recommend changing the water once per week without any additives. Make sure you keep the lid on when not in use. To extend the life of your Chill Tubs Essential we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water.
Never clean your Chill Tubs Essential with a strong bleach-based detergents, as this may degrade the materials and waterproof seals. To extend the life of your Chill Tubs Essential, when you drain the water, we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water
