November saw the 2018 annual Jacuzzi® Awards for Europe, the Middle East and Asia take place at the Stirling Castle, Scotland. The event saw 83 dealers from all over the world attend the two-day event to review the year to date and to discuss the exciting new plans Jacuzzi® has for the future.
Jacuzzi®, known for their innovation, is the company that kick-started the hot tub revolution and have led the industry to what it is today. Hot tubs are a popular and staple part of family life and relaxation.
Having been the first UK retailer to have proudly won the award previously in 2014, we were excited to attend the event again following further nominations four years on!
Every year the event is an incredible opportunity to see the new products, updates and plans and 2018 was no different. Jacuzzi displayed the new Virtus™ hot tub – which will bring the best hydromassage to hospitality in the hot tub industry. They also displayed the new upgrades to the Jacuzzi® Lodge series, which feature a ‘split’ key pad design. The event highlighted Jacuzzi® commitment to innovation and progression within the industry.
The awards categories for 2018 included:

- Best Holiday Park Installation
- Best Consumer Installation
- Best Show & Event
- Best Showroom
Each award is categorised by country. Then the winner from each country is entered into the overall EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Asia) award. For 2018, we were the proud winners of the following awards:
- Best Consumer Installation (UK)- award based on the quality of the entry and installation to a domestic hot tub consumer (UK)
- Best Consumer installation (EMEA) - award based on the quality of the entry and installation to a domestic hot tub consumer (EMEA)
- Best Dealer (UK) – an award for dealers with key attributes such as: outstanding customer service, collaborating marketing efforts, exceptional sales growth and much more (UK)
- Best Dealer (EMEA) – an award for dealers with key attributes such as: outstanding customer service, collaborating marketing efforts, exceptional sales growth and much more (EMEA)
- Best Holiday Park Installation (UK) – awarded for the installation in Olicana Holiday Park, Ilkley (UK)
- Best Holiday Park Installation (EMEA) - awarded for the installation in Olicana Holiday Park, Ilkley (EMEA)
