I was greeted by Dominic as soon as i walked in the Hull showroom he wasn't pushy and gave me the best advice for what i needed and didn't try to sell me something more expensive to suit him and the company but gave me exactly what i wanted. Unfortunately i ordered my Tub in June 2020 when Covid-19 had effected so many companies but Dominic and the team at Outdoor living kept me updated and did everything possible to provide me with the best service possible. It was out of anyone's hand and couldn't of predicted thing's may have taken a little longer than normal. But with that said Emma in after sales was brilliant and called with any date changes and told me the truth in what was happening with my New Hot Tub. I would like to thank everyone at Outdoor living for not only providing fantastic service but also caring and working to the government guide lines to do what they do best. I would 100% reckoned anyone to use this company from start (sales Dominic) to finish (after sales Emma and install) I've read some reviews lately on this website and it's far from the truth.
