Kerbside delivery
- Have a flat, paved area near the road
- Have your own team ready to move your hot tub into position
- Plan to handle installation yourself
- Your hot tub delivered to the nearest accessible point by the road
- Delivery by an 18+ tonne vehicle with tail-lift
- Any additional smaller items delivered at the same time
- Surface requirements: Flat, level hardstanding surface needed
- Not suitable for: Gravel, slopes, uneven ground, soft ground, kerbs or steps
- Please note: Extra Large (XL) hot tubs are excluded from Kerbside Delivery as they are too large for the tail-lift.
- Delivery times: Weekdays 9am-5pm (standard)
- Optional upgrades:
- AM or PM specified delivery: £60 extra
- Saturday delivery: £99 extra
- Driver will use tail-lift and manual pallet truck for unloading
- Once safely delivered, you must accept the delivery
- Drivers cannot help with further movement or setup
- You'll need to sign for the delivery

- Please note: Swim spas are exceptionally large and heavy. You will need specialized commercial transport capable of carrying the load safely.
Kerbside delivery
- We deliver your swim spa to the nearest accessible kerbside point.
- Because of the extreme weight of swim spas, our drivers cannot assist in moving it from the kerb to your garden base.
- You must have a team and appropriate lifting machinery (like a crane or Hiab) prepared for the delivery day.
Delivery & positioning
- Professional assessment of your site.
- We deliver and place your swim spa exactly where you want it.
- Due to the size of swim spas, a crane is almost always required to lift it over fences, walls, or into your garden.
- *Crane hire is an additional cost and is not included in this £899 fee. We will discuss this with you during your site survey.

- Complete commissioning (filling and powering up the system).
- Full handover, chemical guidance, and an introduction on how to use your swim spa.
- Due to the size of swim spas, a crane is almost always required.

*Please note that during extremely busy periods such as promotions, some orders may take longer than 24 hours to arrive. The above charges exclude replacement hot tub covers and commercial/bulk buy orders.
The small print: It is the purchaser's responsibility before purchase to enquire regarding possible delivery charges. Please be aware if you order a hot tub cover inside of the 60-mile radius someone will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm and agree upon delivery. These covers will be delivered by Outdoor Living and delivery is subject to availability and based on the assumption that the cover is in stock. If you are ordering outside of the 60-mile radius someone will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm and agree upon a suitable collection date and time from the Hull Showroom (HU3 4DD).
Returns and exchanges
Returns & cancellations
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- Ordered less than 30 days ago
- Non sale items
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Includes the dispatch note
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations & changing an order: You can only change or cancel an order by contacting us before 3pm on the day you place the order, or the next working day if it’s a weekend.
How to make a return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you will have received via email. Please either:
- Send an email to support@outdoorlivinghottubs.co.uk with the subject 'Outdoor Living Online Return Request - Order No’.

Refunds
You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order. Unless your order is a Special Order of a non-stock item, in which case you will be refunded the balance minus a 20% stocking fee.
You will be refunded the product price or exchange the product once the product is received by us at our warehouse. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges & Incorrect Orders
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you incur.
