Is it worth getting a hot tub serviced?
A regular service check is a preventive measure that checks for early warning signs that a part needs replacing, just like an MOT. This ensures your hot tub stays in pristine condition and prolongs the life of your spa.

How often should I get my hot tub serviced?
We recommend that your spa has an annual service which includes our 30 Point Check and pipe clean treatment so we can prevent future faults.

What does a hot tub service consist of?
- Draining of spa, rinse spa, clean acrylic surface and check shell for damage
- Cleaning of headrests
- Vacuum of remaining water
- Install new filter (if applicable), check for leaks in filter unit and check settings cycles for filtration
- Balance water PH and add sanitiser Check cabinet for damage
Our standard hot tub service check includes:
- Check operation / pressure of Jets
- Check for leaks in jet backs Check Pumps for noise / water pressure and check seals in pumpsCheck Heater operation and seals on heater
- Check suctions operation Clean grates of suctions
- Check for damage / leaks in lights and check operation of lights Check for leaks / blockages in hose lines
- Check operation of other associated extras Clean / inspect cover and check cover lift operation and cover retaining clipsCheck operation of topside
- Check diverters / air controls
- We will post the pipe clean treatment to you to be added 2 days before our visit. If we find any defective / damaged parts during your service, these will be either replaced or repaired under warranty (if applicable) or replaced at additional cost after the engineer has consulted with you. Hydromassage helps relieve aching joints, arthritis as well as destressing after a long day. Larger 6 person hot tubs or 8 seater tubs are also perfect for socialising with family and friends in your garden.
