The colour is locked into the fibres, so it resists fading, cracking and mildew. It's also around 30% lighter than traditional vinyl.
Standard vinyl is heavy and tends to crack under UV over time.

Heavy-duty vapour barrier
Wraps the whole core so water can't soak in. The cover stays light and keeps its insulation.
A poor seal is the most common reason covers get waterlogged and heavy.

Set inside the foam so the cover carries the weight of rain or snow without sagging.
Weaker aluminium supports can bend and sag under load.

My hot tub isn't on the list. Will it still fit?
Quite possibly. The list only names tubs we've been able to confirm, and plenty of others share this size. Measure the top of your tub, length and width, and if both come to about 228 to 232cm it's worth a look. Send us a photo with its make and model and we'll tell you for sure.
Where do I measure?
Measure the top rim of the tub itself, not the wooden or plastic cabinet around it. Take length and width at the widest points. If the tub has a gap for a step or a lounger, include it.
What do rounded corners mean for the fit?
Every hot tub corner curves a little. This cover curves by 25cm at each corner. Tubs with the same curve or rounder will sit snugly under it. If yours are squarer than that, send us a photo and we'll check.
Is it heavy to lift?
It's made to be easy. The fabric is around 30% lighter than traditional vinyl, it doesn't soak up water, and it folds in half at the centre so one person can lift it off.
Does it come with straps and locks?
Yes. It has tie-down straps with locks and carry handles, so it stays put in the wind and keeps little ones out.
