On Friday 6th March Outdoor Living proudly sponsored a charity boxing event all in aid of Andys Man Club (Men’s mental health charity). The event takes place three times a year to help raise money for the charity.
The charities mission is to get men talking about mental health and ultimately stop them from taking their lives. Their overall aim is to halve the number of suicides in men under the age of 45.
Groups are run nationally, allowing men to attend the club wherever they may be. Whatever is said in Andys Mans Club is in the strictest of confidence, at the beginning of each meeting ground rules are set and the facilitator will ask a set of questions allowing each attendee time to talk. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
