Prepare a solid base
Your hot tub needs to sit on a strong, level surface – concrete, paving slabs or decking work perfectly.

Get your electrics sorted
Make sure a qualified electrician installs a power supply before your delivery day, providing the correct certification. This keeps everything safe and compliant. This model requires a 13 Amp power supply.
On delivery day

Our team places your new hot tub exactly where you want it — no hassle, no heavy lifting on your end.*
