Our 32 Amp holiday-let tubs (Escape, Retreat, Hideaway and Holiday) start from £3,999, and EDGE touchscreen tubs start from £7,999. 0% finance is available on eligible models.
Running costs depend on the model and your electricity tariff. As a guide, a 13 Amp Outdoor Living tub costs about £1.90 a day to run and a 32 Amp tub about £1.60 a day. Adding an air source heat pump roughly halves that, to about £0.95 and £0.80 a day. Water care adds around £0.35 to £0.40 a day. The same figures are on each product page.
Yes, with the Outdoor Living 13 Amp range. These tubs plug into a single 13A outdoor-rated socket, at least 2 m from the edge of the tub and on a circuit protected by a 30 mA RCD. A qualified electrician should install or check that socket and circuit, and the rating plate and manual give the exact figures for your model. The 32 Amp tubs and EDGE need a dedicated 32A supply, which an electrician fits.
The 13 Amp range is the simplest to install and the lowest priced, with 19 to 21 jets, a Balboa control system and ozone water care. The Premium 32 Amp range (Haven, Serenity and Sanctuary) has 50 to 54 jets, wireless audio, LED lighting, loungers on the 5-seat models and a 2-year warranty. The holiday-let 32 Amp tubs (Escape, Retreat, Hideaway and Holiday) are built for holiday lets and glamping sites and come with a 1-year warranty. Choose 13 Amp for the easiest install and 32 Amp for a stronger massage and more features.
Our new hot tubs seat from two people (Harmony) up to eight (Holiday). Models with a lounger seat have one reclined seat for a full-body soak. Each product page shows the seat layout and dimensions, so you can check the fit before you order.
Every tub needs a strong, level base, such as a concrete pad or a purpose-made base, with about 50 cm of clear space on every side for the cover and for access. There are four delivery options, and our showroom team phones after you order to confirm access and agree the delivery date.
Most Outdoor Living tubs come with a 1-year care plan. The Haven, Serenity and Sanctuary have 2 years, and EDGE hot tubs have 3 years. The warranty length is listed on each product page.
Yes. Hot tubs are on display at our showrooms in Hull, Carlisle, Garforth and Huddersfield (Huddersfield is by appointment on weekdays). Hull also offers private wet testing, so you can try a tub in the water. If you cannot visit, you can book a personalised virtual tour online.
Any time of year. Our hot tubs heat to 40°C whatever the weather, and winter soaking is some of the best. Order online to lock in the price, and the team will phone you to plan the delivery.
