Our Online Store is still Delivering

We would like to assure our customers that our online store is still open for home delivery of chemicals, filters, accessories, and parts. 

Out of Stock Products

Due to an unprecedented such in the industry, we are experiencing a shortage of many chemicals, including chlorine, bromine, and none chlorine shock. As soon as they come into stock we will update the website and advertise this on social media. Please do not email or contact us regarding stock availability.

With regards to Jacuzzi and other branded hot tub parts including pillows, these are shipped from America and are currently experiencing delays. Unfortunately, in the current circumstances, we are not receiving any deliveries from these suppliers and have no update on when this will change. As soon as we have any update on parts stock we will update the website and our social media. Please do not email or contact us regarding stock availability.

Delays in Delivery

Due to the sheer demand and number of orders we are receiving and the limited staff we are able to have on site at any time, we are unable to pack all orders the same day which is resulting in some delays. We are also experiencing some stock issues from our supplier, wherever possible, this is shown as out of stock on the website.

Our courier UPS is also experiencing an unprecedented surge in deliveries which is resulting in delays in the deports. Please understand that some deliveries are taking between 3-5 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Dispatch time is depending on when the order is placed, stock availability, and packing time. 

We apologise for any inconvenience and assure you that all orders will be shipped as soon as possible, and any changes to this will be communicated directly with you. 

Here are the main points that you should be aware of in light of the current situation:

  • Current deliver time frames are between 3-5 working days. We are unfortunately unable to specify exact delivery dates for each order
  • As soon as your order is collected by the courier, you will receive tracking details.
  • We are still accepting and fulfilling online orders
  • No Deliveries on Bank Holidays

Jacuzzi and Sundance Spa Cover Deliveries

Due to the current unavailability of shipping from the USA, covers which are not currently stocked in the UK are not expected for delivery for 20+ weeks. Because of this, we are only selling in-stock covers at this time.

All stocked covers will follow normal delivery timescales of 4-6 working days.
