COVID-19 | Change in delivery times

Our Online Store is still Delivering

We would like to assure our customers that our online store is still open for home delivery of chemicals, filters, accessories and parts. 

Out of Stock Products

Due to an unprecedented such in the industry we are experiencing a shortage of many chemicals, including chlorine, bromine and none chlorine shock. As soon as they come into stock we will update the website and advertise this on social media. Please do not email or contact us regarding stock availability.

With regards to hot tub parts including pillows these are shipped from America and are currently experiencing delays. We hope to have these in stock by August.

Delays in Delivery

During the temporary closure of Outdoor Living - in order to comply with government social distancing - we have reduced our staff and therefore this has resulted in a delay in delivery from our usual timescales. 

Due to the sheer demand and number of orders we are receiving and the limited staff we are able to have on site at any time, we are unable to pack all orders the same day which is resulting in some delays. We are also experiencing some stock issues from our supplier, wherever possible, this is shown as out of stock on the website.

Collection dates from our courier are now Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays - excluding bank holidays. Therefore, some orders may take three working days or longer to be received, depending on when the order is placed, stock availability and packing time. 

We apologise for any inconvenience and assure you that all orders possible will be sent on these days, and any changes to this will be communicated directly with you. 

Here are the main points that you should be aware of in light of the current situation:

  • Current delivery time frames are up to 3 working days. We are unfortunately unable to specify exact delivery dates for each order
  • As soon as your order is collected by the courier, you will receive tracking details.
  • We are still accepting and fulfilling online orders
  • No Deliveries on Bank Holidays
  • For order cancellations and refunds, please email jacuzzidirect@outdoorlivinghottubs.co.uk
  • Stock Covers are delivery as normal
  • Non-Stock Covers are not expected for 20+ weeks

Jacuzzi and Sundance Spa Cover Deliveries

Due to the current unavailability of shipping from the USA, covers which are not currently stocked in the UK are not expected for delivery for 20+ weeks.

If you wish to order a cover, please email jacuzzidirect@outdoorlivinghottubs.co.uk before ordering to confirm stock availability. All stocked covers will follow normal delivery timescales of 4-6 working days.
