Our Online Store is still Delivering

We would like to assure our customers that our online store is still open for home delivery of chemicals, filters, accessories, and parts. 

Out of Stock Products

Due to an unprecedented surge in the industry, we are experiencing a shortage of parts including pumps, pillows, covers and CLEARRAY® Bulbs. Unfortunately, in the current circumstances, we are not receiving any deliveries from these suppliers and have no update on when this will change. As soon as we have any update on parts stock we will update the website and our social media. Please do not email or contact us regarding stock availability.

CLEARRAY® Bulb Stock Issues

The suggested CLEARRAY® Bulb replacement timeframe is 1 year, but our bulbs are specified to last longer than a year in the event annual maintenance isn’t performed as recommended. Many factors contribute to longer life expectancy, namely hours of operation based on consumer usage. Reduced filtration cycles, periods of inactivity or tubs not in operation all can experience longer life expectancy beyond the annual replacement recommendation. Currently our CLEARRAY® Bulb supply is strained given the current global environment for hot tub part availability.

We do not have any restocking information for this part, but we are monitoring daily and trying to improve. Please do not email or contact us regarding stock availability.

Thank you for your patience during this time. You may need to add more sanitiser (chlorine/bromine) as your CLEARRAY® Bulb begins to expire.

Delays in Delivery

Our courier UPS is experiencing an unprecedented surge in deliveries which is resulting in delays in the deports. Please understand that some deliveries are taking between 3-5 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Dispatch time is depending on when the order is placed, stock availability, and packing time. 

We apologise for any inconvenience and assure you that all orders will be shipped as soon as possible, and any changes to this will be communicated directly with you. 

Here are the main points regarding standard UK Delivery that you should be aware of in light of the current situation:

  • Current delivery time frames are between 3-5 working days. We are unfortunately unable to specify exact delivery dates for each order.
  • As soon as your order is collected by the courier, you will receive tracking details.
  • We are still accepting and fulfilling online orders.
  • No Deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Jacuzzi and Sundance Spa Cover Deliveries

Due to the current unavailability of shipping from the USA, covers which are not currently stocked in the UK are not expected for delivery for 20+ weeks. Because of this, we have sourced a reputable UK based bespoke cover maker. We are able to have your cover made in the UK and delivered to you within 10 weeks. Please call us to place your order.
